What a beautiful, beautiful Thanksgiving we have had here. These dusky prairie pics were taken on Thanksgiving eve at a state park. 

No need to adjust the 'contrast' on the camera. Nature provided the perfect juxtaposition of colors and textures.

My daughter took this amazing picture with her phone. I don't think I've ever seen a sunset quite like this...

It was at my son's soccer game.

It was at the end of a busy weekend of organizing, and traveling, and watching.

And at the end of the final game, at the end of all the above mentioned busy-ness---

this happened. 

People stopped and stood in the center of the field and gazed at the sky. It was as if all the chaos and mayhem, and bustling, and refereeing was suspended in time...
