Inspirational
I was recently asked if I would donate a package of thank you notes as a blog promotion letter-writing campaign.
Jocelyn runs "Service Boot Camps" on her blog, which inspire women from around the country to serve others. In the past they have raised money for Haiti, sent handmade journals to grieving military widows, and served others every day for thirty days.
Please check out Jocelyn's blog if you get a chance... here.

Tidings of Comfort and Joy...
God rest ye merry, gentlemen,
Let nothing you dismay,
Remember Christ our Savior
Was born on Christmas day,
Comfort and joy,
O tidings of comfort and joy.
From God our heavenly Father
A blessed angel came.
And unto certain shepherds
Brought tidings of the same,
Let nothing you dismay,
Remember Christ our Savior
Was born on Christmas day,
To save us all from Satan's pow'r
When we were gone astray;
O tidings of comfort and joy, Comfort and joy,
O tidings of comfort and joy.
From God our heavenly Father
A blessed angel came.
And unto certain shepherds
Brought tidings of the same,
How that in Bethlehem was born
The Son of God by name:
O tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy,
O tidings of comfort and joy.
O tidings of comfort and joy.
Happy Holidays from,

Heart of Jesus
Since opening my etsy jewelry shop, Age Before Beauty, I have gained a love and appreciation for old religious pieces. It seems fitting to incorporate them into my jewelry as the sentiment and meaning is so heartfelt. I especially look forward to introducing more religious pieces for the holidays.
This necklace that I have just listed at ABB has the most lovely old scapular as its centerpiece. The image itself is behind celluloid and can slide in and out. The frame opening is cut in the shape of a heart. I've embellished a broken antique wood rosary with vintage moss stones, rhinestones, antique mother of pearls and vintage brass filigree beads.
The Heart of Jesus at Age Before Beauty.
