A Crackled Cuckoo

Adding some new jewelry at Age Before Beauty.
I think this beautiful wooden bird must have been part of an old cuckoo clock?

This antique paste piece is slightly domed.
Absolutely spectacular!

I have never, ever, seen such an exquisitely carved ivory cameo portrait.

How about some spectacular micro-mosaic slippers, so your ears don't feel neglected?

Falling In Love

It's a hazard of this profession---- falling in love.

Sometimes it can be hard to part with some of the treasures that I find. But hoarding is a real concern.

Look how this amazing Victorian book chain necklace fastens around the front...

An old agate stone, almost with a shadow. It reminds me of an overexposed photograph. Hanging from it now is a wonderful gemstone chunk, rhinestone ring and the most amazing antique puffy boot fob or charm.

Ahhhhh... Love!

Equus

His watch fob could not be ordinary. It needed to be as distinguished as He was.

To speak of the man he had become.
A force to be reckoned with--- fierce, bold, and glorious.
His hand-carved mother of pearl watch fob. A spirited horse head emblazoned with a golden bridle.
