Hints of Autumn

The burning bush is beginning to smolder.
The fields are aglow with ochre soybeans.
Cardigans have come out of the closet.
And strawberries have been replaced with butternut squash.
Night falls earlier.
Nudging out summer.
Hints of Autumn...
